When a jump is the right first step

Lights left on, a short sit after a weak pack, or a car that started yesterday and will not today. We jump, then test. A jump without a test just strands you again tomorrow.

If the battery holds, you drive. If it fails the load test, we quote a replacement on the spot — same pin, same visit when we have the group size.

What we will not do

We will not jump a swollen, leaking, or frozen battery. We will not treat a no-start as “just the battery” if charging output is dead. That is how you buy twice.
